At Siren Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
